If any clause of these Terms is declared null, invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, such nullity shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which shall continue in full force. The omission, delay or forbearance of THE AGENCY in requiring compliance with any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or of its right to enforce it in the future.
Estos Términos, junto con la Política de Privacidad, la Política de Cookies, el Aviso Legal y el Acuerdo de Tratamiento de Datos (DPA), constituyen el acuerdo íntegro entre el usuario y LA AGENCIA respecto del uso del sitio web, y prevalecen sobre cualquier comunicación o acuerdo previo.
